Hi Justin
I like your analogy of the website and the shopping mall. I have just completed a website following the majority of your recommendations. I did a control launch with very significant success.
The site is ready for full launch to provide employers with the following services;
1- post vacancy – free
2- receive structured (with a search engine) candidate career profiles – free
3- Video profile available for €20 – 3 months viewing
4- Candidate anonymity is protected by having control of the viewing of the video profile.
My problem is;
Having spent all the cash on R&D , focus groups, market research and established that companies love it as a way of saying goodbye to the recruiter thieves – How do I get the mass of employers on Board?
I would appreciate any advice you might have.
