Time for some FaceBook icons, badges and buttons then.  As Im sure you all know Facebook is one of , if not the largest, social networking site in the world, and its still growing.

Few remember, but FaceBook started out as an invite only system for college students in America, beginning at Harvard, then expanding across the Ivy League schools until it finally opened itself up to anyone over 13 years old. Used primarily and initially as a means to stay in contact with close family and friends, FaceBook has expanded and grown to the extent that it contains a huge list of different functions, groups, pages and even businesses.

Now if they would just get rid of the stupid “send a gift” function…

Digg buttons, icons and badges for Social Media

So time for some of the digg icons, badges, buttons and badges in this series of social media buttons.

Digg is one of the social bookmarking sites, similar to delicious in concept but not quite the same. Incredibly popular and, though its numbers have declined recently, it can still be a massive traffic resource for people interested in your content thus, plenty of us like to have a nice Digg button to our personal profiles on the site to allow for easier networking.

Designfloat buttons, icons and badges for Social Media

Time for a selection of designfloat buttons and badges and icons. Designfloat is a site, much in the style of digg or stumbleupon, that is almost exclusively centred on the design industry for graphic and web designers.

By submitting your posts to designfloat you are asking for vouches from other designers and professionals to “float” your content and recommend it to others in your industry.
